applying a coupon to multiple products

I have a client using PS4.5 that has this question:

"I would like to use the same coupon code for 4 different products and different discounts. When testing the code it only applied to one of the products at a time. Is there a away it can be applied to all products?"

I don't know the answer to this but was hoping for some help.

Thanks

when creating the coupon, there is a checkbox at the bottom that you can check to select which products the coupon applies to, leave that un checked and it will apply to all products.

if your check it, you can search for products to apply the coupon to, leave the criteria blank and it will return all products, you can use the Apply All button to add all products to the coupon.
