source code shows alot of data

I see around 30,000 lines of data in source code when page loads. Does all the data have to load initially? How can I have the source code only show what the user has chosen? Otherwise I assume the user can filter my data and take it.
var WAJA = new Array();
WAJA[0] = new Array();
WAJA[0][0] = '73';
WAJA[0][1] = new Array();
WAJA[0][1][0] = '1463';
WAJA[0][1][1] = '';
WAJA[1] = new Array(); etc etc etc....)

This is the data for dynamic drop downs, It is the Dynamic array that is created by the Create Dynamic Array6 server behavior.

The Populate List from array behavior uses this information to populate the child list with the corresponding data for the chosen option in the parent list.

Yes, all of this data needs to load initially for Dynamic Dropdowns to work.
