Checkout acting glitchy

We resolved the checkout a few months ago. Recently my client got complaints from her customers that checkout isn't responding. Can you make a purchase without having to register? Also, I tried it and it when I hit checkout, nothing seems to be happening. Help please....

Checkout not going through

I have an open ticket for www.shopjewelsforacause.com

I tested the cart today and I can get all the way to the final submit button where it should go to Paypal. I hit submit over and over and nothing happens. If I hit Modify Information it works... The client wants to have this resolved asap (she's losing sales)....
