drop down menu button won't open

Hi there,
I am trying to make a drop down menu in a form which I can configure once the form is made but it would be nice to get working in the interface.

See picture attached to see the button which does not open

so you are saying that clicking the pencil icon does nothing?

What is your OS?

What is your version of Dreamweaver?

are you using the stand alone CSS Form Builder or using Data Bridge?

Yes exactly Jason. DW.5.5 and windows 7 64 bit.

Looking at some the other problems experienced, I am wondering if perhaps this all has something to do with the sequence of update. I updated Data bridge 102 and Design Extender 106 to 103 and 107 respectively. The sequence of installation after unistalling 102 and 106 was DE and then DB.

I am not able to reproduce the problem.


The proper install order is to uninstall both Design Extender, data Bridge and eCart 5 if you have it, then install:
eCart
Design Extender
Data Bridge

Yes that is the order I installed ie I left ecart, uninstalled DE and DB and then reinstalled DE and DB in that order

you have a couple other issues that we have started incidents for, we will look at this issue when we investigate the others.

I have the exact same problem, the pencil wont open for menu, radio groups, checkbox group, not even on lists.

Dreamweaver 5.5 windows 7 64bit, the extensions have been installed in the exact order as told here on the forums, have every single extension, power suit, and all new ones design extender and databridge to.

It also happens on the create database pages with the new dataassist not only on css form builder
