changing js using PCMS

Hi Guys

Just wondering if its possible to use PCMS content to change a bit of JS code?

This is the code:

$(document).ready(function(){

    // Set up our options for the slideshow...
    var myOptions = {
        noImages: 3,
        path: "images/slideshow/",  // Relative path with trailing slash.
        timerInterval: 4500, // 6500 = 6.5 seconds
    randomise: true // Start with random image?
    };

    // Woo! We have a jquery slideshow plugin!
    $('#slideshowContainer').easySlides(myOptions);

})

I have tried replacing the noImages: 3, field using PCMS include but that didnt work.

Basically I am trying to allow the site owner to be able to change the number of images that get used in a slideshow.

no, Power CMS should not be used for editing javascript code like this.

Oki doki. Is there anyway this can be done with Webassist products at all?

You could use data assist and a database to store the setting and allow your user to update it.
