Log In Error

This page is not working. LogInBare.php
It goes to the email password (failed)

Is the connection file suppose to be before or after the session start?
Does line 33 with the get info have anything to do with the log in validation?
Is line 40 suppose to be the connection name or database name or ??
Any other ideas what may be wrong?

The same code is working here:
LogIn.php
Connecting to a different database.

I published a user name and pw here for you to test.
