Can I move my powerstore?

Can I move my powerstore?

I was developing a store under a subdomain of my domain so I can show to a potential client. The customer has agreed to buy it, so I wanted to know if I can just copy all the files to the actual domain without incurring any problems or will I have to reinstall the shopping cart from scratch and start over?

Thanks.

actually, I need to move files to a different server, not just a domain change. There's only about 5 products uploaded. Do you think it's better if I just run the install? or move the files? which will take less time?

running a fresh install will probably be the easiest approach, it will eliminate the possibility of broken product images or content images. make sure you download the latest Power Store files from the download center and you can also make sure to have all of the latest updates.

You can keep the demo version on your subdomain for demo purposes for future clients.
