Legal Use

Can any site that I design with Site Assist be used for my customers? Do I have all rights to the design?

What do you mean by "all rights". You can create and sell websites to your customers using the tools. All images we included are either public domain or we paid for the right to distribute them as part of our tool, or we created them and you have a license to use them to create web pages.

So you don't have "all rights" but you have just as much right as anybody to use and sell them. For instance images we paid for couldn't be added to an image library and sold as such since they were licensed specifically for our tool and its output.

Thank you. That's all I meant...to be able to sell the website that I created using your tools.
