CS6 - Not able to populate my form after it fails server validation

I have set up a form with Catpcha and Server Validation using Form Toolkit 1.0 and Dreamweaver CS6. However I connote see any "Validated Field" values in the bindings panel to allow me to repopulate the form fields after it returns!

My set up is this:

Form (with Catpcha)
Submission page (with Server Validation that takes incorrect entry back to Form)

How do I get these Validated Fields in DW or can you give me the php code?

So your form posts to another page where the validation performed?

in this case the validated entries bindings wont be available until you use the validation show if behavior to add a validation error message.

In the validation show if behavior, make sure to specify the validation page.

Repopulate fields upon captcha error

In the form attached if the captcha code is entered incorrectly the form refreshes and all data in the form fields is lost. I have the Validation Show If behavior Validation Page set to this file. Can you give me some tips on how to repopulate fields with the submitted data?

Bind the initial value of each form element to the Corresponding in the Validated entries collection.

Many thanks, worked like a charm.
value="<?php echo(ValidatedField("Template1_312","firstNameHP")
It's the little things that count.
