Error creating menu

Hello, I've just loaded Design Extender 1.06 Data Bridge 1.02 and CMS Builder 1.01
I have a site definition and an index.php page created and try to open the New Site Sculpter Site. Everytime I get an error that says Error creating menu
ReferenceError: WA_localURLToFilePath is not defined.

after clearing the error every change to Site Type or Site Design drop downs generates the same error.

Additionally, if I then try to use the Theme it button I get the dialog about what to theme, I keep the default Home page and content page and click next and then get another error.

Error in Button onClick: ReferenceError: WA_addMacPath is not defined.

I'm running CS5.5, I've cleared the cache, still no functional product.
I really need a resolution please if the products won't run I need to return them and get my money back , but I would rather have a product that actually does what it says.

Off the top I can say that Design Extender includes the PowerCMS Builder.
extensions.php

Then see this thread:

showthread.php?t=26483&highlight=WA_localURLToFilePath

(You installed a stand alone extension after it was included in the grouped extension install. Please install in this order - eCart (if you have it) then the Data Bridge and last the Design Extender)

I had the same problem and this fixed it.
