DataAssist Pages not working

While creating the insert page I receive the following error (see attachment). This happens, when I select a custom made design preset.

When I use unstyled or a default preset it works.

can export the preset you are using and attach the preset so i can try to recreate the issue and troubleshoot the cause.

I've update the form via Form Builder now the preset seems to work.

Yes, but it's time consuming. I often have to restart, delete files, recreate them. Not very productive. The Mac version doesn't seem to be as stable as it should be and it's very slow when loading data and/or preview screens. Also selecting data from menus often needs to be done multiple times until accepted.
