how much and how do i buy?

I looked on and searched and found css menu writer but i did not see a price for purchase or if i get upgrade price?
I assume this will work on ipad (spry for DW drop downs do not work on iPad)

CSS Menu Writer is no longer offered as a stand alone extension, it is now integrated into the Design Extender extension:

The menu created by CSS Menu Writer are CSS based menus using very limited javascript. They should work on iPad and other devices that support CSS2.
