Creating Mailing Lists

I just purchased PowerMessanger. How would I manually create a group rather that collecting the information through a website form? I can't can't seem to find a way.

groups cannot be manually created.

groups are there as a way for the user to opt into a mailing.

you control who the mailing is sent to by creating audiences.

The audience can target a group, or use other criteria such as a first name, email address, or Domain for the email address.
