Ecart checkout issue

I have been using this system for a few years now with Authorize.net and just got an email yesterday from a client which I can reproduce. When they go to checkout they are getting "Line item 1 is invalid." in the checkout_failure page. I have also gotten "Line item 4 is invalid." My failure page is set to "echo(AuthNet_Result("Response Reason Text"))" but when I contacted Atuhorize.net they expressed that this is not their response. I do see some transactions are processing today but need to know when and why some clients are now getting this failure. When I tested this morning I put in an false expiration date and CVV number in to the checkout form but that is all. I also tested it on two different browsers. The client that brought up this problem yesterday stated they tried a couple of different credit cards....The site is calicosmetics.com.

Probably an entry length limitation. Is the product name particularly long? My guess is that you need to concatinate the name.

What is that limit? What is the magic number for that limit?

20? 30?

Also is there a Response Text that is a little more concise available? I'm looking for a simple Approved, Decline, Error or Under Review.
