Order For Installing Extensions?

Ok, as a super suite user for a few years, I have now upgraded to the core three..

Databridge
eCart
Design Extender.

What is the order for installing these to get them to work properly?

Also...

Where does cookies toolkit fall into the mix? Is it included in any of the above, as I can't seem to find it listed under any of the extensions.

Cheers,

Jeff

The order is:

E-Cart 5.04
Design Extender 1.04
Data Bridge 1.0

Cookies Toolkit was bundled with the version of Secruity Assist, so would be part of DataBridge.
