PowerStore 3 Authorize.net

I have a client who changed from using Paypal to Authorize.net.

The transactions are not going through and she swears the Authorize.net info is correct. This is the error:

sorry your transcation did not go through. please return to checkout

this will show the full request sent to and the full response coming back from the gateway to help troubleshoot.


NOTE: The full request and response will contain sensitive information that should be removed before posting here.

This is what was posted to the page. They tried 3 different credit cards and verified that the cards are fine.

Your transaction could not be completed. Either your credit card information or billing address has problems and cannot be processed

the code i gave you will write more than that to the page, if it is not writing more than that, you have either not uploaded the page, or you have added it to the wrong page.


double check that you are adding the code to the correct page and that the upload to the server is working.
