Data Bridge Crashes Dreamweaver

Hi Folks,

When trying to use Data Bridge Dynamic Web Charts in Dreamweaver CS5.5 for Mac OSX Lion, it quits unexpectedly and asks me to send reports to Adobe. Using the Dynamic Web Charts extension as a standalone prior to purchasing Data Bridge had no issues.

Ive reinstalled dreamweaver and the extensions but its still the same.

Any pointers you can give will be great.

Hey, Paul. I'm not able to get a crash to occur running Dynamic Web Charts in Data Bridge.

Is the crash occurring when you're clicking OK to insert a chart or while making settings changes? Or is it happening just trying to access the interface?

Can you provide some additional info so we can track this issue down?

Its happening when you try to open it up..

It literally crashes Dreamweaver and a Dreamweaver message comes up saying Dreamweaver Quit unexpectedly.. It is only happening on this extension though in the Data Bridge plugin.

I am also having the eCart error when you open up DW, but reading on the support forum for Data Bridge its going to be fixed soon, could this be having anything to do with it?

No, Paul. I don't believe they are related, but the eCart related startup issue has been addressed in a new build that is available in your download center. Just be certain to install Data Bridge after eCart if you get the new build.

It appears that this crash is related to the crash others are experiencing when they're running the DataAssist Create Pages Wizard.

We've finally tracked down a mac in the office here that also crashes so we'll be able to get this fixed soon.
