Data bridge & Design Extender Compatability

I have just done a format and install of CS5 plus Data Bridge & Design Extender, both of which I downloaded today. On the install for Design Extender I was a bit surprised to get the ole 'installed file is newer, do I wish to replace it' question.
Surely if they are designed to be compatible with each other they should both be singing from the same hymn sheet?

Yes... you can just click "yes to all"... the files are identical they probably just have different edited dates from checking the files in and out of our source control.

Don't be too concerned about the message. They will work well together and are in fact identical other than possibly the edited date.
