social media toolkit

Hi i bought the super suite last month and i keep having problems with
some of the extensions . i have not been able to use the media tool kit
because it keep asking me for my design extender serial but when it
authenticates it it just collapses the window and nothing happens. i still
have my ticket i got with the suite

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

i tried using the ticket the only option i have is the 'purchase ticket' for $49,00. unless im doing something wrong the ticket is either not there or it is not working.Also i was supposed to have a ticket with my super suite anyway and i cannot see that one either.
there is a ticket number for a ticket and an orange button to use a ticket but it takes me to buy a ticket for $49,00 option.

a ticket has already been created for you.

once logged in, click the Support History link, this will show a listing of support tickets that have been started, click the one that is in the list to respond to it.
