discounts and Tax

Hi

at pcj_store/

The enduser has created a discount voucher using the following settings

ammount 20

% box checked

they are now telling me

when using a discount voucher code is calculating the VAT the full amount & not the discounted amount. We have someone buy 5 sealers @ £39.03 which totals £195.15 the web is calculating the VAT on this amount but should calculate it at the discounted amount of £156.12??

ie the vat is being calculated on the full price

How can I change this?

thanks

Ian

update

Hi Jason

The client is creating a coupon which selected buyers can use at the checkout

I've included screen shots of both the coupon settings and the tax setting

Is this what you wanted?

cheers

Ian
