Menu items display weird character

I cannot figure this out. I have removed CSS Menu Writer and re-installed it and it still happens. See this test page - test.htm

I just used a standard menu, didn't customize anything, and you can see that it's generating a weird character next to each menu item. I have no idea what it is and how to get rid of it.

Anyone seen this before? It's almost like it's a missing graphic.

Thanks

the menus are created from unordered lists.

the problem is being caused by the following css in your main.css file to set the bullet image of LI tags:

li {
list-style-image: url("../images/bullet.gif");
}

Thanks Jason. I am redesigning the site and it was code that was left over from the old site. That solved it.

Do you know why I am not getting the CSS Menu Writer selection in my drop down from the Webassist menu? That just disappeared and in only available via the toolbar.

Thanks again

Css menu writer will only be in the WebAssist menu if you have design extender installed.

if you have the stand alone version of CSS menu Writer, it will be available under the Insert -> WebAssist menu.
