Site Import Freezes and No Asset Downloads

Site Import Freezes and No Asset Downloads

I am downloaded my sites from their servers after a crash using Site Import. On the last few sites, Site Import is taking a long time to begin its process. Sometimes it's freezing and I have to restart DW 5.5. Other times, it downloads the html and css files, but leaves image files on the server.
I have checked my settings and all of the correct file types are selected for download. Can you please help?

We just released a new version of Design Extender this morning that will likely fix this issue. Do you use Design Extender, or are you still on the stand alone site import?
