removing meta and creating blog nav

Hi guys

Have got 2 (unrelated) questions.

1. Is there any way within powercms to achieve something like you would find on a blog where posts are aggregated into navigation by month and/or year in a tree type format? (like the attached image)

2. If you have added meta-title as content on a page (say a templates page) is there any way to remove it again so that it isn't visible when you click on page optimisation?

1) See the following thread:

2) you would need to access the database directly and delete them from the database.
