FB 1.0.2 Not working

I build a simple contact form. Whenever I want to apply it, I get multiple error messages. See screen shots. After this the site cannot be used anymore because there is a server error.

I have encountered this error with form Builder 2, but never with form builder 1,

I usually see it happen if form toolkit is installed after Form Builder 2

see this thread for recommendations on install order of extensions:
showthread.php?t=24005

Are you sure the form builder version is version 1.0.2 and not 2.0.1?

makes sense

it only happened, after I had installed Form Toolkit. So I have to uninstall quite a lot of things. Never thought that all of a sudden, the order of installing extensions is important.

the only extensions you will need to uninstall are:

Form Toolkit
CSS Form Builder (Make sure to use the 2.0.1 support release 2 version)
HTMLEditor 3
Security Assist 2
Design Extender

then reinstall them in the order listed above.

Did not make sense to buy it

I don't have Design Extender, because I already had purchased these extensions:

-- CSS Sculptor
-- CSS Menu Writer
-- Framework Builder
-- Pro Maps for Google
-- Site Sculptor
-- Social Media Toolkit

I also did not buy CSS Form Builder 2 because

-- Digital File Pro 2 purchased it, outdated anyway, is replaced by Universal Email 4
-- Universal Email 4 - already purchased it
-- Validation Toolkit 2 - already purchased it, and it says: Please note: All the functionality included in Validation Toolkit is now available in CSS Form Builder. Do not install Validation Toolkit if CSS Form Builder is already installed.
-- HTML Editor 2 - purchased it some time ago, outdated anyway, - I already purchased Version 3

So, what is the 2.0.1 support release? Does it apply to one of these mentioned extensions? And from where can I get it?
so I have to uninstall / install these as well?
Sorry to say this, but DA's bundling policy creates quite some confusion. Why is a set, called CSS Form builder 2 sold with two outdated extensions, and do I need Validation Toolkit 2 at all if I have only CSS Form Builder 1?

Maybe I got it wrong and mixed up something?

Hi this_is_me

The CSS Form Builder 2.0.1 support release is for those who own CSS Form Builder 2.0. It is available in the Your Account > Downloads section.

Cheers
Ian
