Premium Ticket Needed, but How Many

I have created a site through PowerStore 4.5, www.genuinecoa.com, and have created a search field in the middle pod on home page. Ideally, I need someone to create a .php program to link the search field to an Access Database I have created to return results of specific fields and images from one table in the database to a Custom Content page (under the Support Heading) in PowerStore. Can anyone tell me how many tickets I would need to get this done?

first the access database will nee to be converted to a MySQL Database. It's hard to tell how long it will take to complete this, but it doesn't sound like it would take more than an hour.

Next Step

I guess I need to speak with someone about how to convert the Access Database to a MySQL and then to know if I would be able to maintain it and if relationships would need to be built. Should I get a Premium Ticket to speak with someone, or what would be the next step? Also, are the Premier tickets for a half hour or an hour? It only says they are for a half-hour phone call. Sorry, I am so needy.

there are a few tools available for making the conversion:

or there is also the option of exporting the access tables as a CSV, then importing to the MySQL database.


The premiere appointments are 30 minutes at $99, we could assist you with the DB Conversion as well as the search.

managing the database once it is converted can be done using one of the many MySQL GUI Tools like PHPMyAdmin, Heidi SQL, or Sequel Pro.

Premier Ticket

The good news is that all I really have in the database so far is headings for each column, so I guess we can just create a new and give it headings. I have requested an appointment for a Premier ticket, so I guess they will call me at some point to schedule and let me pay for the service. Thank you for your help.
