Security Assisst Errors

After completing the Create Security Pages I received the errors in the attached file. It also created a file called IM_usr_Profile.php which I don't know the purpose of.

Why the errors?

Thanks
Nick

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?

What version of Windows?

What other extensions, including version numbers are installed?

Did you follow the extension install tips in this thread:
showthread.php?t=24005

so that Security Assist was installed after the other extensions?
