How to add tax?

How to add tax?

I am wondering how to add tax to the eCart. When I click edit eCart and check the tax tab, I see that "Sales Tax" is active. The options for it Taxable Total > 0 and the calculation is set to "Based on the cart's taxable total". The last option is cart taxable total "times" "0".

The confirm page has the following line of code:

<input type="hidden" name="tax_cart" id="tax_cart" value="<?php echo $pkCart->GetTax() ?>" />

Yet, nowhere does tax show up. And I'm not sure where I would put in the percent tax. I think its' only needed in the seller's state, which is 6.35%. Where do I put this info?

OK, I feel a little stupid, but it was simply that I overlooked the part about "times 0". Resolved.
