Contact Solutions Pack

I bought this pack because I am a php virgin and do not want to become a programmer, I just want to be able to add a contact form to several pages on my website and not have a heart attack, pull my hair out, or be abusive on cyberspace. It's been 2 weeks since my purchase and I could have sworn that I bought the pack because it only took a few minutes to apply.
I have followed instructions submitted tickets, prayed to the gods, read and re-read the instructions, been overwhelmed by all the computer vernacular in the forums and still I cannot get my CSP to work.
When viewed on a browser, the CAPTCHA image does not appear, the submit button does not work, adding a radio group is impossible. Response from support is unimpressive. If I ask about A, they reply to B which I never asked about. - In desperation I signed up with Contact 123 and found their forms a breeze, but would like to make CSP work as I have invested in CSS design suite and would like to purchase Powerstore2. Can you help?

Hello Jose:

Nice start to your site . . . it looks like you changed the folder name to your contact solution, which should be fine depending on the editor you are using or your ability to hunt down and change links accordingly.

Your spry (field validations) are visible because they are not linked correctly to their spry data functions (at least that has been my experience). And the CAPTCHA is not showing most likely because the proper folder isn't being referenced.

I would redo the contact page (using the contactus.php file) and not change the folder name. Get it to work first. Then, if you have dreamweaver, you can change the folder name with the only caveat being that you accept all name changes.

As for the responses so far . . . continue to try and be patient because php is frustrating to the new user and communication between non-php users and php users is difficult at best. I'm not much better off than you, but I think I can help you here.

Get a fresh copy up (no folder name changes) and we'll go from there. I check back frequently . . .
