forgot password not sending

Hi,

The forgotpassword.php is not sending an email to the customer. The show if behaviors are not working either.

The page is included.

Thank you for your help.

in the forgot password server behavior, you have not set the SMTP Server address.

go to Window -> Server Behaviors to open the server behaviors panel, and double click the forgot password server behavior to edit it and set the SMTP Server.

I am not seeing the password server behavior anywhere. Is it a different name or do I create a new server? If so what code block do I insert in the server behavior builder?

Thank you.

the server behavior name is "Security Assist email Encrypted Password"

Jason,

Here is the screen shot of the server behavior. I don't understand where or how to apply the SMTP server address.

Thank you.

what i'm seeing is i need to go WebAssist>SecurityAssist>Email Password>Email Password

Then complete all of the settings in the tabbed dialog box?

Is this what I would need to do?

If so, should I delete the current password server behavior?

WebAssist>SecurityAssist>Email Password>Encrypted Password Return has no tabbed to set up anything but what I already have set...

Thank you.

the SMTP Server is not set in the Encrypted Password return server behavior, it is set in the Security Assist email Encrypted Password server behavior.

you do not need to add a new Security Assist email Encrypted Password server behavior to the page, it is already there.

in the server behaviors list, double click the Security Assist email Encrypted Password server behavior to edit it and set the SMTP server.
