Dynamic Plug ins gives invalid code and doesn't work?

Hi guys, for some reason I have a site that I cannot add Dynamic plug ins to?

I have attached screen shots of the UI, the resulting code and a zip file of a sample page.

They show more than what I can explain.

for the server variable, you are adding a static string:


which is not a variable name, variable name must begin with "$":

however, that would be a local variable and would need to be defined on the page before the dynamic plugin code.

you should probably be using a URL variable:

or session variable:
