Feedback: Security Assist Wizard
I'm not entirely convinced that release v2 is adding much value over v1 in terms of functionality and cost.
The new UI does take a bit of figuring out but the biggest issue for me is a lack of user-control over the form and page structure it creates when compiling the pages. I am finding the time (my time) taken to unpick the form and field css in order to integrate with my page theme and style etc, completely undermines the savings benefit intended by the extension designers.
Secondly the cost. The upgrade was $75. For me V1 did what it said on the tin, albeit after a number of releases, but it delivered a set of working pages with little fuss. Unfortunately, i didnt use the extension untill well after the money back guarantee and as i have now reverted back to v1 i feel frustrated about the money ive wasted.
My wish for future SA versions would be to think long and hard about the quality and value of the features offered, how they can be applied and value they offer to the designer - then make it bullet proof.
