Form Looks Different in some Browsers

Hi I created a form using Form bulder and in Firefox,Chrome and Safari web browsers the lay out of the form is all over the place.
How do I get it to look I want it to and work?

it looks like you have not set a width for the labels and have set some of the element types to use auto for the width.

for the form to look the same in different browsers, you will need to set widths for the labels and elements types using pixel based measurements.
