Strange Download behavior?

Hi guys,

For some reason the file download will not download word documents?

It downloads but can't open the file it needs to be converted. See attached...

Has to be something with the download extension because I can upload a file and then download it through FTP no problem, but if I download it with the download button it doesn't open.

I'm not able to reproduce the problem, can you send a screen shot showing the download behavior settings you have used? if necessary, i will start an incident so we can investigate the problem further.

Yeah I still can't get this to work for the life of me.

Ok, I can confirm it only happens when page is included using Framework.

The page by itself downloads the file fine. If the page is included it downloads but word docs are corrupted.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

Had a good long Connect session with Ray today. I think we may have found a work around at least in testing. I'll give it a go on live use in the morning and get back to you guys.

Direct download of word documents works, but not via download script.

There where some empty lines in the connection php file after the closing ... &>

That causes \r\n at the beginning of the worddokument.
