Static menu works but..

I downloaded the PDF for dynamic menus but could not find any relationship between the menu wizard and mw2_creating_dynamic_menus_ht.pdf. There was no SQL script to the tables and there property inspector does not look anything like the one in the PDF.

Are there sample files I missed?
Where does the wizard look for a connection to the database?
In "Create the Item category menu #1. there are three choices, I have one!

in the download center for CSS Menu Writer, there is a link to download the solution recipe files in the section titled "Solution Recipes: Support Files". this contains a copy of the Blue Sky Music database that is used as an example in the Dynamic Menu How to guide.

before beginning, you will need to create the database connection in Dreamweaver from the databases tab (Window -> Database)

The Edit Contents and Edit Theme access points have been removed in the current version of menu writer, to edit the menu contents, click the edit Menu button, then click the Define button next to the contents select list.
