PowerCMS user tables in database empty

I got PowerCMS to work in Dreamweaver, can add CMS areas but cannot create a user to actually use PowerCMS (I can within Dreamweaver.. to be honest that's not that useful). The pcms2_users table in phpMyAdmin is empty (0 Records) as is pcms2_contenthistory. These table are greyed out in phpMyAdmin, as well and I cannot add a record to them if I tried.

What needs to be done to get PowerCMS to work as it should here so that client's without Dreamweaver can work on their stuff. I'd like this to work in testing environment as well.

in the power CMS Admin Panel, there is a Manage Users link that will allow you to create new Admin users.

you need to visit the power cms site, and go to the admin_cms folder and login using the super admin username and password.

the pcms2_contenthistory table will track CMS changes that are made using the admin panel.

Hi Jason,
The problem is I do not have a Super Admin password to use. The table in mysql is empty.

the super admin user name and password are stored in the wa_settings table, look in the wa_settings table for the super admin credentials.

I've just tried removing the access to page limitations on the insert user page and inserted a user to the database.... however the login does not work. The user role is "1" it is the only option in the user roles table.

Hi Jason,
There is no column set showing A super administrator user in the wa_settings table at all... not user, no password just "Site Name, Serial Number, Image Upload Folder, Disable Images Upload". I tried uninstalling a couple of times and reuploading the works. The results are the same. The CMS content shows up via mysql content, but the ability to use the CMS is hindered (so far) because of inability to login.
I've played around by disabling login requirements and creating users, but still these users cannot login.. possibly because they were not super administrators (?).

At any rate not being able to login and no super administrator being in evidence is the problem at this point.

Your assistance is appreciated.
