Paypal issue????

Hi Jason

I have a client complaining that when the order comes to his email via paypal there is a name and an address but no phone number.

Is there a way PS can be set to send an email to the shop owner when a sale is made? Or can it be modified in paypal?

There is a setting on the paypal site you can change. It defaults to not including the phone number, but you can change it to require a phone number.

Make phone number a required field in Paypal

Hi

Ray as usual was correct just taken me an hour and a half of frustration to locate the option in paypals user friendly interface.

This is what you do

1. log into yourpaypal account

2.select profile
3. select buying preferences
4.Select web site preferences - bring customers back..... - total rubbish!!!

5. scroll down to section marked contact phone number

6 tick the box you need and then save

Hope this saves someone the frustration I had
