Helper File Not Being Created

Creating a simple logo upload function.
Using File Manipulation + Upload

Wizard works fine
However, the helper file: /WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php
Is not being generated. Folder and file are not being generated.

Thank you - Jerry

Hi Jason - This may now be more of a customer service issue.

I guess I still have digital file pro and CSS Form builder 1.02.
Its more than a year old and it looks like Digital file pro has been moved into CSS Form Builder. I would need to upgrade to the new version of CSS form builder 2.0.1 to gain back the functionality I had a year ago.

The apps keep getting merged into new integrated apps disrupting the upgrade process and usability of the apps in transition. The apps I purchased in the suite, DFP, Form builder, Form toolkit, Validation all getting moved around has caused them to be unusable and unsupported. The succession of upgrades has been less than pleasurable to say the least. I'll take it up with customer service.

Thank you for your help and time- I do appreciate it.

When i say that Digital File Pro is no longer supported, i mean that it would not have been updated for compatibility with DWCS5, so if that is the Dreamweaver version you are using, that is likely the cause of the problem, that is why i asked about the Dreamweaver version.

Digital File Pro was integrated into Universal Email 4, Universal Email 4 was then integrated into CSS From Builder 2

since you own DFP, you would qualify for upgrade pricing (50% off) on UE4, but since you own CSS Form Builder 1, you also qualify for upgrade pricing to CSS From builder 2 (50% off) which include the functionality of both DFP and Universal Email.

If you contact the sales department, I'm sure they will give all the details on possible upgrade paths.

Thanks Jason,

I'll fire up my DW4 version and see if that solves the issue.

Will determine what the best upgrade path is for me.

Cheers - Jerry
