Script Incon not Showing

Thread began 3/20/2012 5:06 pm by sidybus385412 | Last modified 3/21/2012 12:19 pm by Jason Byrnes | 762 views | 1 replies |

Script Incon not Showing

In the past I've used CSSMW successfully with DWCS3.
I have installed Lion on my Mac as well as DWC5.5, and I want to edit the menu.

No property window comes up when I click the menu - actually - I can't click it as a whole.

To edit the menu, I used to access editing via the Script icon. There is no script icon visible (yes - they are turned on to show).

Is Lion or DW5.5 incompatible with CSS MenuWriter?
Or... what can I do?

I have just had to uninstall and reinstall Windows, and of course re-download WebAssist. I am now wanting to use it and have inserted a menu in my new website using MenuWriter. However, I cannot re-enter the MenuWriter wizard. I click on the script tag in the head of my webpage but no MenuWriter icon appears in Properties. What am I doing wrong I wonder?? Can you help please

It isn't the script tag in the head, but the script tag that appears immediately after the menu in the body that you should be clicking on.

If none appears in design view, make sure to go to: Edit->Preferences then choose "Invisible Elements" from the left menu and make sure you have checked the "Scripts" option so that they are available to click on.
