I have problem in implementing Coupon in Power Store 4.5

Dear Technical Support,

I have installed Power Store 4.5 fill in some fake products and want to implement Coupon feature for all the products in the store.

Reading description how to set up coupon feature from online tutorial and follow the steps provided.

When I enter the coupon code for specific product/s ordered, and it suppose to deduct the total order amount but it did not work, the total amount still the same as before.

Example of the coupon paremeters content value:

Live? yes
Coupon Code: ticfam
Minimum Purchase: $1.00
Amount: $1.00 (up to $1.00)
Available Dates: 07/20/2011 - 07/01/2012
For Products: all
Description: Coupon for buying family ticket choice

Is there anything wrong in my setup above?
Where I can find additional information/example how to set up Coupon Feature?

My partner and I are having a site designed using your cart and have also noticed issues with the coupon codes.

I had first thought I encountered the exact problem that is posted here and after some further playing around with the coupon codes, I also found that when you select specific products for a coupon code to apply to, the code always saves the selections as 'all products'.

This has caused us a great amount of concern, since selecting specific products to have a sale on is a critical feature that we require.

Any idea how to fix both of these problems?

Did you ever solve this coupon issue? I have the same problem in PowerStore 4.5. When I enter the coupon code I created at check out the discount is not applied.

I believe Webassist had to update the files. Everything has been working fine for me since they made the update.

I have just updated the file but still the issue is not solved for me.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
