Won't accept Serial Number

It was my understanding that since I now have PowerCMS Builder I have unlimited usage of my PowerCMS 2. Yet, when I attempt to activate my PowerCMS 2 after installing PowerCMS builder, I'm required to enter the PowerCMS Builder serial number and when I do, it is declined. Just for kicks, I also entered my PowerCMS2 serial and it didn't work either.

What needs to be done to get this working?

HI -- I'm having the same problem. I have also tried the PCMS Builder and PCMS serial numbers to see if it worked and it is still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Were you following the instructions word for word? I wasn't. Therefore, I got into trouble.

Here's my story: After talking to support, I went to the the PCMS builder download, and under Support Resources, download the file. I re-read them carefully, something I failed to do the first time, and followed them perfectly. Once I did that, I had no issue. It works perfectly.

In a nut shell, I was uploading CMS and using that serial, when all I needed to do was upload PCMS and use THAT serial.

If, unlike me, you followed those instructions and it still isn't working, then I cannot help.

I have purchased Design Extender as well as DataAssist. When following one of your tutorials I am asked to enter my serial number for PowerCMS. Which serial number do I use. the serial number for neither product is working.

Use the Design Extender Serial Number.

Make sure to copy the serial number string, and past it into the first box of serial number input, it will automatically distribute the pieces to each box.

when you copy the serial, make sure not to select surrounding spaces.
