Paypal Payment Buttons - for Expression Web 4

Paypal Payment Buttons - for Expression Web 4

Sorry that this is not about Dreamweaver.

I'm trying to use the Microsoft Expression Web 4 add-on for PayPal Payment Buttons. I have downloaded the installation file (PaymentButtonsForPayPal101.xadd) from a Microsoft Expression web site and successfully installed in Expression Web 4. However, I cannot find a way to register this on the WebAssist site. The Add-on shows up correctly in Expression Web, but I can't use it without a serial number from WebAssist. Links to your web site for this product appear to be redirected to the Dreamweaver Extension section. I mistakenly downloaded the Extension for Dreamweaver and set up an account at WebAssist, but unfortunately, I am not a Dreamweaver user. Do you still offer this free Expression Web Addon?

Thanks for any help you can provide.
