When I click edit them the page shown (please find the attached file) and when I change theme and update my home page, it still stay with same design.

first, delete the webassist/themes/temp_editing folder on the server.

then in the webassist/themes folder there is a sub folder for each theme, in each one is a file named theme_settings.xml.

in the theme_settings.xml file for each theme, change line 1:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1256"?>

to:
<?xml version="1.0"?>

Hi Jason, thank you for answering back so fast!
I couldn't find webassist/themes/temp_editing folder. I changed theme_settings.xml but still the same error messages and by the way my PowerStore is current version: 4.5.1

you may not have that folder in your local giles, you need to access the remote server to delete it.

Still can't find it either side. It's under install/webassist/themes right?

no, not under the install folder, it's in the webassist folder that is at the same level as the install folder.
