Unable to process credit card order

I am receiving a message after the check out is pressed that the order information order cannot be processed Because the credit card information is incorrect. This has happened after taking the store out of test mode for authorize.net , In fact the page actually hangs while it's trying to process. I know there are many Posts with regard to this but have not found a solution.

So far support has been great in solving the other issues I've had And I'm hoping this is no different. The website is store

I am at the point now where the customer is actually losing money because of the little issues that we have run into.

Help in solving this issue so that the store can come online would be great. I have tried using the full message code in the check out _ failure page That as I said the pages hanging and doesn't get that far.

Thanks

Updating to 4.5.1

Thanks for creating the ticket Jason, this has now become a priority job, my client is losing to much money right now. I am currently on version 4.5, if I do the update to 4.5.1, will I have to run the install procedure again and go through the setup or will it only modify the existing files?

This part isn't clear to me in reading the udate instructions since I am to copy all files to the server.

There have been fixes made by you guys at tech support with regard to security not automatically changing (I think Ray fixed this) will updating undo his fixes?

Thanks

look like worked with you to fix this issue.

the update will not run the install process again., you will only need to upload the updated files to the server.

I believe the issue with the redirect would have been fixed in the webassist/shopping_cart/checkout_form.php file, it is likely that updating will overwrite the change that was made.

before updating it is always a good idea to make a back up so that if anything goes wrong, you can revert to a working point.
