issue with moving from local to hosting

Hi
I develoed my site on my local host,
I have moved it up to my remote host and changed the connection details in the conntections.
There were two of them, bccltd.php and PowerCMSConnection.php

I have changed both to the same remote sql server details (That worked)

my problem is that when I went to the index.php I was greated with the powercms setup page.
I completed this process the last two steps said that they had already been completed.

When it jumped to the admin page I get the following error.

Warning: require_once(../images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /content/Hosting/b/c/bccltd.ie/web/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 60

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /content/Hosting/b/c/bccltd.ie/web/WA_Globals/WA_Globals.php on line 60.

I also get this if I go to index.php

I put the entire site up to the host so how can images be missing and which ones.

Ok I had a look in the image file on the server and installed.jpg is not there, I have tried to upload with dreamweaver no joy.
I have tried to use fillzilla, it just won't upload to the the server.?

I have saved the installed.jpg as a PNG file and uploaded it to the server, I have then changed the WA-Globals.php file to look for this image and just get a different error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /content/Hosting/b/c/bccltd.ie/web/images/installed.png on line 4

Strange but fixed

Update on above,

In case anyone else is having this issue, here was my solutions.

I created an new jpg image and uploaded it to the server in the same folder that installed.jpg was being looked for.

I then edited the WA-Globals.php line 60 to look for the new image myimage.jpg

I uploaded both to the server and it all works. So Far.

I used a new image that would stand out and do not see it in the admin section anywere.

IT IS AS IT THE NAME INSTALLED.JPG IS BANNED BY MY SERVER.

I would of course still be interested in an explanation and assurance that what I have done is not going to cause any additional problems.
