Second and Third Content Areas on Page

I have added PowerCMS to a site, Using my local server to test.
Its all working Great "Except" The in context edit button is not showing on area's 2 & 3

I have added three Power CMS content areas on the page.

The Page is based on a Templete,
The Three Areas are all editable areas

The content has added to PowerCMS database and is also editable and reloadable in Dreamweaver.

The Edit button for Content area 1 shows on the page and works perfectly well.

but the edit button does not show on content areas 2 & 3

Issue solved

I have sorted this issue, For some reason Dreamweaver is not sycronising all of the changed files to my local remote server,
Putting the entire site solved the issue.
