Insert and update pages blank

There seems to be an error all all my update and insert page when up on the server, they all show and work fine on my local host, just blank when you try to update up there, could it be a simple error you've seen before?
here is a link:

artists_Results.php
from that link on the side you can see the others

a blank page means a php error is occurring, but error reporting is turned off.

add the following code at line 1 of the pages to turn error reporting on:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors,'on');
?>
