Order subtotal

Order subtotal

An order placed thru Paypal express, had 8 items. The emailed receipt showed all the items and the correct subtotal and correct total after shipping applied.

In the cart, the subtotal is wrong, but the total is correct. In the cart admin, only 4 of the 8 items show up. The sum of those 4 items is the incorrect subtotal shown also.

This is the same log in as in the paid tickets. It is order 527. Screenshots attached.

(There is another order issue but different circumstances, so will make separate posts.)

Order number 533, same issue. 8 items in email receipt, only 5 in store admin, subtotal incorrect.

This one, I see that the emailed receipt and the store admin is off just like the other example. Two receipts though... Same number, 533, two receipts, two different totals. Still looking....

Client's added notes:

Order #533 in the Store Manager has a total of 179.55. However, there are two different order confirmations for this same order number and the second one is for 259.35. Both charges appear in PayPal.

Order 561, same. I won't keep adding, just letting you know order with more than 4 or 5 items are doing this.
