File Download

I'm trying to use File Download. I have CSS Form Builder.

When I try to download a file, I get an error:

Error 403 - Forbidden

You tried to access a document for which you don't have privileges.

The folder has full privs.

the error is not referring to the privileges of the folder, it is referring to the privileges of the file, make sure the file has full privileges,

The image I'm trying to download is set to 755.

I'm not sure why it says that error.
