Incoming message added with unrecognized fields and content...

Dear Technical Support WA and Anybody can help,

After setting up Contactus Form using CSSFB 2.0.1 SR2, using standard contact themes "Simple Contact" .

Upload to server, and run it, everything look normal.
When I check my incoming message, beside "data" which had been entered using the contact us form, I got 3 undefined additional labels i.e. Hidden Field, SimpleContact submit, and Additional Notes.

Detail on Labels and its content;
Hidden Field: has a blank content.
SimpleContact submit: has "Contact me"
Additional Notes: has a lot of words (garbage) put by system ....

Did I missed some steps during creating the Form? I tried to recreate with new PHP file, but the second test also producing similar incoming message i.e. having 3 additional label unknown.

Please help!? Thank in advance.

the template file that sends the email loops through all of the form elements

the first 2 are the hidden e,ement and submit button on the form used for honey pots validation and for sending the form.

the toird one is place holder text in the email template file.

to edit the email template, go to the webassist/email/templates folder and open the template file for your form page.

you will see in there the lorum ipsum place holder text that you can edit.

to remove the hidden field and submit button from the email message, go into code view.

near the top of the page, edit the remove begins array:

php:
$removeBegins = array();
$removeBegins[] = "Security";

to:

php:
$removeBegins = array();
$removeBegins[] = "Security";
$removeBegins[] = "Hidden_Field";
$removeBegins[] = "SimpleContact_submit";

Still getting similar result after code modification...

Hi Jason,

I still have similar incoming message as before even though I have added your suggested code in Center.php in the $removeBegins = array() and make a new contactus.php using CSSFB.

I am attaching my contactus.php rename to contactus.txt, Center.php rename to Center.txt code and incoming images for you to see.
Hopefully you can find my errors, and let me know what to do.

Actually during creation contactus.php I enter manually where to go after submit button pressed but in fact it still showing the same contactus.php page again!

Thanks, I am looking forward to hear from you soon.

the email may be using a different template file from the one you edited, make sure you are editing the correct template file.

I think the contact page you send me is not the correct one, this one does not have any universal email code on it and is set to post to the index.html page, server side code used in universal email cannot be applied to an static html page, so it must be a different page.

the issue with the redirect is most likely a php error occurring, to turn error reporting on, add the following code at line 1 of the page:

php:
<?php
error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

instead of saving the pages as text files, you should add them to a zip archive and attach the zip file to your response.
