First two images out

I am trying to create a banner with Powergallery 2. It is nice and easy to use but.... When you open the page the first two images are always shifted right and down.
Also a refresh will have the same results. I have tried to change the order of the images or delete the first two images but no effect.
What is goin wrong?

It looks like the gallery is set to crop the images from center.

in the gallery admin, go to the choose design page. For the gallery design you are using, click the settings button. in the images section, select to use one of the other resizing methods
